ISE is the most cost-effective international event for you to showcase your products or services and guaranteed to generate a high return on your investment.

A: For ISE 2021 we are launching a unique incentive for new and existing exhibitors that will allow them to receive double the normal allocation of Priority Points. The Priority Points will be awarded to those companies that are able to commit to the show and to our revised schedule.

As usual all exhibitors will receive Priority Points based on their overall spend at the show.

The priority points scheme for ISE 2021 is as follows: –

  • Exhibitors will receive 1 point for every €2,600 spent
  • Exhibitors will receive 5 points for participation at the show

All ISE exhibitors that transfer 100% of their investment to the 1-4 June show, and have paid in full by 31 January 2021, will receive double priority points.

It will be as if you had exhibited at both a February and a June show!

This is ISE’s way of saying thank you to our customers who have stood loyally by the show during these uncertain times.

A: Yes. The deadlines have changed to reflect the new date of the show in June. 70% of your total payment is required by the end of October 2020. And you now have until 31 January 2021 to make your final payment.

A: As the payment dates have been extended, we have also extended the deadlines should you need to cancel your stand.

70% cancellation fee: 1 November 2020

100% cancellation fee: 1 February 2021

Revised cancellation fees apply only to customers that have cancelled after our announcement on 15 September.

A: If you have paid a cancellation fee (February 2021) and you would like to book for the June 2021 show, ISE will welcome you and credit 100% of your cancellation fee towards your June stand and/or sponsorship.

A: There is no need to cancel your February booking as we will transfer your booking to the June date and issue you with a new contract. Your confirmed stand and position will remain unchanged for the June event. If you wish to make amendments, then please contact your Sales Manager directly to discuss your requirements and in line with rules and regulations regarding your booking.

A: A lot!  ISE is launching RISE Digital in November 2020. This is a monthly technology and solutions showcase of content that will be promoted to ISE’s 160k database and via social media. RISE Digital will focus on key market sectors and combine video, podcasts, and text. The ISE 2021 exhibition will have a dedicated online component and we will present a hybrid physical and digital show. More details will follow soon.

A: ISE’s policy for securing your ranking position for rebooking for the 2022 show still applies. Only customers who participate with a booth at ISE 2021 will be eligible to book their space for February 2022 at ‘rebooking’ during the show in June.

A: Here are some facts and figures from ISE 2020:

  • ISE 2020 had a cumulative total of 116,599 unique visits
  • ISE 2020 attendees came from 149 countries
  • 80% of attendees were either responsible for the purchasing decision, influenced the decision, or made recommendations for purchase
  • 20% of ISE attendees were AV end-users
  • 80% of attendees worked in the AV channel
  • 20% of attendees authorised or recommend expenditure of over €1,000,000 pa
  • Over 400 media specialists attended ISE 2020
